Board Member
James Best is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Pound Ridge Partnership and Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee involved with exploring alternative solutions to the Water and Septic issues in the Scotts Corner Business District. James is a registered Architect, licensed in NY, CT, NJ and FL and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has designed numerous commercial and residential buildings, renovations and additions both in the Scotts Corners area and throughout the town and surrounding area.
